As in its too far for me for a special trip but if I were to head that way I'd make a detour to get them.
You can get them delivered for £50.
I got 4 alloys with tyres picked up in England and delivered to me in Scotland for £50
Company called paisley freight.
Was very simple to organise too.

I think it might be more than just distance, to some if not many driving within London might not be considered an enjoyable experience or a cheep one. Perhaps you could agree to meet up with someone outside of London at a service station or similar for example. That might make your offer far more attractive to non London outsiders.
