does anyone know the paint code for Devonport Alloys please

I've seen various alloy wheel repair kit with "silver paint" but would like to know the real code too

I've searched for this, I dont think they have a paint code. I went to a specialist paint supplier and he said he would need a wheel for a couple of days to get a paint match to mix some paint.

Not that useful as apparently VW are not consistent with the silver they use, even all Devonports are not the same. thats the reason he didnt already have a code.

Reflex silver was about the best match for VW wheels, but having said that, there are 4 or 5 different shades of the same paint code.

FWIW, I bought a small touch up stick of generic 'silver' for some other wheels from Halfords a while ago and before I even got the van. When I found a small mark on one of my Devoports, I tried it and was surprised to find what a very good match it was. Well worth a punt for £4 or thereabouts.
