Sold Deposit taken: SWB Kombi 40 Winks bed frame/mattress

Hello, change of plan means it’s time to sell our 40 Winks bed frame and mattress. We bought them separately.
The frame is in very good condition, bought November 2021, if you know 40 Winks then it’s a sturdy, well put together fold away bed frame with boards (not carpeted), on which the mattress sits. When folded down the bed acts as a parcel shelf allowing you to not only utilise the full height of the van but also doubles up as a handy platform. Easily installed utilising existing Volkswagen floor lashing points and seat belt mounts. No drilling. I have all the fixings to go with the bed. Take a look at the 40:winks site for more pics.

• The height of the bed is 475mm from the floor to the underside of the frames
• When the bed is folded up you are left with a 700mm gap from the edge of the bed to the rear door(s).

The mattress was bought direct from 40 Winks in December 2021 albeit unwrapped, has never been slept on and is as new. The fold up mattress is made up of 3 sections each having its own zip for easy removal of the foam if required. The cover is a high quality organic cotton which is machine washable if needed. This can be stored on top of the frame when not in use.

Update re’ measurements when the bed is folded away providing a rear ‘shelf’;
Rear most edge of shelf to rear door 750 mm
Top of shelf to roof (accepting curve of roof) 800mm
Underside of shelf to floor 460 mm
Shelf is 670 mm deep to back of rear seats accepting the rake of the seats.
