Dealer question - no return policy?

Hi I’m Becs, first post so please be kind! I’ve been looking for a DSG Highline for months and one has come up in a dealer in Ringwood, Unique Transporters. My question is has anyone used them? I’ve done a search on here and tried to find any reviews on Google etc and not getting anything. They have an eBay shop and appear in FB with a clause ” PLEASE NOTE ALL BANK TRANSFERS MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE THE VEHICLE LEAVES US ONCE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN DRIVE AWAY WE HAVE A NO RETURNS POLICY AND NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS SORRY”. Should I walk away as this does get me a bit worried.

Hi, no not rung them yet. Just worried if anything happens if I buy the van, they are saying in the clause I can’t return it.

Sounds like they are brokers for private sales. There are mandatory requirements for auto trading standards and voluntary codes, be careful not to mix the two.
They are not listed on Companies House as Unique Transporters.
Have a Google on UK trading standards for used vehicles.

Just to confirm, unique transporters are just off the M3 near ? Hartley Witney

Not in Ringwood? Unless they have a new site, I'd be calling the one off the M3 to check
