Had suspension fitted as part of a deal with delays on new van. Yesterday was informed by local Vw specialist who fitted our diesel heater the rears are incorrectly fitted.

from this angle the lower rubbers dont look like they are sitting correctly they need to be spun around 180 degrees
I cant tell you how many dealer videos are sent out criticizing the rear spring fitment on after market springs and they deal this out ??

Ha ha agreed, should of known as they fitted front wrong as it was picked up on alignment and rectified. Took in yesterday and rears correctly fitted now.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing and not every plug and go Vw mechanic is a suspension specialist. Apologies for not visiting your establishment in the first place.
