Dash USB AUX - Retain a live USB for charging after fitting new ICE?

I'm sure I have seen this before on the forum, but can't find it!

Is there an easy way to wire up the old USB/Aux (that normally gets it power from the head unit) when the head unit is replaced?

I'd just like to use the old USB for charging (or replace with a blank).

I took the cigar lighter out and fitted a double usb in its place, but if you want to run the usb your on about you can retire to be feed from the cigar lighter easy enough
