Current best insurers

@Samiguel dependent on how much you have spent on the van why not still insure it as a panel van unless you go for Agreed Valuation as well they will only pay out market value any way which will probably be panel van market value

This is what I have done in the past, but my current, now ex insurer (One Call) refused to accept the changes and cancelled my policy leaving me high and dry.
 
Just got my renewal through from NFU, up £10 from last year.

Just had NFU renewal through and it’s down nearly 300 quid on last years 775. So much of a drop it makes me wonder why! It’s not driver related as had full no claims last yr. same address. I haven’t been able to work out how NFU would calculate value on a writeoff. Anyone else done the research?

It’s a soft insurance market. Make hay while the sun shines as it’s about to turn.
Motor premiums in particular have fallen over the last 12 months by some margin.
If your renewal is due in the next few months you should still benefit, past that who knows but I expect premiums to start to rise again.
