Hi, I’m installing a Ctek 250 into my t6.1 and was wondering what fuse people use to piggy back off for the ignition feed? Many thanks

I’ve installed the same in my T6.1 a few months back. Sorry to clarify but when you say ignition feed, do you mean the signal that tells the CTEK the engine is running.

Yes the wire that you run to the fuse box, I can’t seem to find a fuse board layout anywhere to know which fuse to use?

Ah. I see. I’m guessing you don’t have the factory leisure battery fitted but are adding a LB. If that’s the case I can’t help you straight off my head. I specced my T6.1 with OEM LB so I simply replaced the SCR fir the CTEK. Sorry to state the obvious. But if you search ‘DC to DC charger’ and ‘Engine Running Signal’ or similar, you’ll get loads of info. Again apologies as I did a straight swap which was EPLS.

Hi All, I'm a new member to this forum and my problem is how to pick up a suitable engine run signal to activate the DC to DC charger. A couple of members suggested a new post but they did say that I could pick up a 12 v o/p from the central fuse box. However I have no idea which fuse and how I could make a connection to take of the +12 volts. Grateful for any help....TIA
