Unless your T6 is an earlier EURO5 version I seriously doubt they will work. But maybe wrong.
You can fit a MFSW and activate cruise control on your T6 even if it’s a startline. But you need buttons from a T6 to work on a EURO6 T6.
I've just fitted a second hand switch for cruise control to my daughter's Skoda so I can only tell you a few things I noticed from my experiences with her 2016 Skoda Fabia. Firstly after about 2014 ish the possibility for enabling cruise control using VCDS vanishes and you will need a live connection to Skoda via Odis and the enabler will need a pin and a couple of other things. These things can be bought from Skoda or ebay for about £25 The access to Odis will be either via a dealer who might not be be interested in helping at all (as my sole local Skoda dealer wasn't) but some are more helpful. Otherwise you would need a really clued up indie who must have Odis (whatever they say). They might even try to enable it with VCDS or equivalent but you will be wasting your time. Dealer will want probably £200 + but you might get it for less (around £100 ish?) at an indie.
Skoda used to do a kit to add cruise control complete with the pin number and still needing Odis and the live connection to Skoda but that option seems to have disappeared. If that's the same with a T6 be very careful with which switch you buy. What you currently have in terms of MFD and other options like a speed limiter are critical. Not sure about T6 but generally your J519 (BCM) also needs to be up to supporting cruise control. You can see what part number your current BCM has with VCDS or similar. Some/many vans need an extra wire to the engine ECU but not all (depending on equipment) so I'd say don't buy it without some lengthy research here and elsewhere because it's definitely simple not plug'n'play.
Having said that, I wouldn't be without cruise control or A/C even on my old T5.
