Hi everybody,
I'm looking for the best solution which allows to keep as more as possible space in my van.
But there are metal ribs which I can't cover by panels, especially the edge between walls and ceiling or tailgate ribs. I'm thinking to glue on them something like carpet.
I will thermal insulate my van, but not inside the ribs, so they will be cold. I have an auxiliary heater, but I'm not planing to use it all the time. I think the moisture will be condensed on the ribs which will lead to. So I wonder if there is anything better that carpet in terms of wapor/rust/mold protection?
Also I'm worrying regarding the edge between walls and floor, as the moisture can go down and be trapped under the floor. I'm going to seal those edges with silicon seal. I hope it is a good idea..
That's my first camper.. Maybe I'm worrying too much.
Any ideas/recommendations/comments/blames are welcome.
