Coolanr Loss - EGR cooler & value replaced.

Hello, We've been loosing coolant so last week had our EGR value & cooler replaced. We also had water pump and cam belt done at the same time so an expensive job. This was 6 days ago and were still loosing coolant. Checked coolant level this morning and a hiss came from the cap upon release. Any ideas? Im worried we are into head gasket territory. Had the van 7 weeks, private sale!
