Ok, big problem here Guys,

I done some work on my Caravelle and very likely messed up something, but no ide what it could be.

I Completely rebuilt the suspension. New coilovers. the fronts with new bearing set, new bushes all around. tie rods, track rods steering rack ,brake kit upgrade. the o/s driveshaft come out as well. Also got brand new set of wheels with new premium tyres, rear wheel bearings

It went through MOT and today I did the wheel alignment.

it drives horrible something makes the front jiggle. It is very noticeable above 30 mph. The whole body shakin

the top of that. I got the fallowing fault codes:
The faults come back straight after I delete them and I cannot reset TPMS

This on a T6 or T6.1?

Steering angle sensor....reset via scan tool... Full rotation of wheels to end stops left and right.

Vibration mat be wheel balancing off or wheel tracking very badly out.

Log codes, then clear and see what comes back...

T6.1 needs extra work to clear codes, they need a full drive cycle or two to recalibrate.

It is a T6. I done calibration and the faults cleared. After test drive did not come back, but the jiggling is there and it worst when I put my foot down. Just done tracking. I asked the guy to give it a bit of negative camber on the front but all values are in green. Wheels are brand new and come with full balancing.

First thing I'd try is old wheels back on and take it for a drive. If it's the same then you've ruled out the wheels (the easy fix) and are then looking at the suspension/bearings.
I wish I would not sold them. I guess it is too late now.

By the front jiggling do you mean front axle jiggling or ypur steering wheel is kicking about alot?

Wheels off and check CV joint bolts all secure perhaps.

I'm sure you'll have it sorted in time for tea tomorrow. Sounds like you are proper handy!

Seems like the driveshafts are quite likely the issue... see this thread

it s more like the whole body juggling. steering wheel feels ok. Cv Bolts are ok.

Thank you the trust in me :D, but I feel this is well above me

Interesting. I got O/S J&R CV joint. Is there a way to check Drive shaft and CV joints, inner and outer to be 100% sure? That would be a loots of money to replace the all. Visually all seems good and there is not much play in them.

Jack her up and check for horizontal and vertical wobble to rule out steering assembly issues? All ARB bushes are firm and in place?

I had a slightly sticking front brake caliper causing a similar issue. It was easy to spot as the wheel was really hot and mpg was very low.
Brakes are OK. MOT was easy, wheels spinning freely and no warming issues.

Do you really have a V6 engine? My plan is to put a R32 engine in mine at some point.
