Climate control blender

Evening all. The wife has come back from shopping all red and flustered. She says her side is blowing red hot and the passenger side cold. Am I right in thinking its the blending arm linkage or motor that most likely will be at fault? If so is it easy to get to and repair?

Right just done an climate reset and it goes cold. But soon as you put the heat back on it stays warm. Surly if there's power and movement from the reset surly it should work all the time? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hold the ac and face direction buttons together for 2 seconds then they will start to flash and do there thing

This must only be on the auto climate version though right?

Think so. Mines a caravelle so don't think it has the same control panel
