Carpeting with a pop top.

Hi all,

I've had a storm pop top fitted recently and I boldly had it fitted without carpet so I could do it myself. I have to remove the bi folding bed and go around lots of holes etc. for the lights on the pop top frame work…

I am now pretty intimidated lol, has anyone else carpeted their van after having the pop top fitted ?

Any tips or opinions on the matter ?

That's a brave move.

Mine was done as part of the poptop install.

I suppose you have to unbolt the rams.

Then the hinges to remove the bed board.

Exactly that, my issue is where to put the thing when I’m doing it as well!!

Be careful of those rams.

Extremely dangerous under pressure. They normally have a c clip on the ball joint.
