Can anyone identify these parts and where they go?

I know it’s a heat sleeve but can’t find where / how it should go

And the metal bracket I’m not sure where that goes either

As above, it it's OEM.it should have a number on.

The little jacket looks like what is found on the turbo or egr actuators, the bracket, not a clue.

I presume you have been doing engine work or something?

All of that lives at the back of the engine to the right hand side of the manifold, it protects the temp sensor cables and pipes that go to and from the DPF and CAT

I can’t see it being that easy with the engine in

yeah, theres no way that twin turbo is coming out with the engine in the van theres a LOT of things you need access to
