Spot on matey. Decided to let professionals do it hoping the local converter will give me a good price!

Should be circa £1000-£1200 to soundproof and insulate, perhaps cheaper if you live up North.

i've sound proofed and i am insulating myself.

So theyre just doing carpeting.
