Button identification needed

Looked through the manual, cannot find any reference to this unmarked button (middle of row above the electric slider buttons). I can't help but think this is going to be a forehead slapping question.... does anyone know what it does??!

When pressed the car makes a kind of whining sound. Anyone?

This is non OEM switch.
Check with previous owner.

Yep, previous owner has quickly replied - it's a switch for the rear sockets fitted aftermarket
