Build sheet for an NZ specced and delivered T6 2019 LWB Shuttle

I am having an issue with the reverse camera, Park Pilot and parking sensors - I have an error when I scan with OBDEleven which on research it a code where its missing some block (not up on the details) so needs resetting with ODIS apparently.

So I took to my local VW dealer for them to reflash and hopefully cure the fault or at the very least tell me the things I need to replace to get it working (I have sensors that arent working - not sure which the scan doesnt tell me) - Now what they said was the camera was not 'Factory' but fitted by a 3rd party on behalf of the factory, what I take from that is it was a factory option but was fitted after the Van left the factory, so maybe the dealer did it?

I am trying to piece together what I need to do to get it working as as with all these things, information is key - can anybody help in gaining the buildsheet for my van to see if it was factory or at least specced to come from factory with the camera. Even better if someone can guide me in what I might need to ask or tell the dealer to get it fixed - If its something I can do with OBD11 then even better.

Do you have the build sheet sticker with all the codes on it - Normally afixed to the underside of the dash on drivers side, or in the documentation book that comes with the van.

I nas just going to suggest this, as I found mine when tidying up yesterday. Strangely there is at lease one error. My build sheet says 3 seats (as did my V5) when the van has had only 2 captains seats from new.

So, VW believed the van left the factory with 2+1 and the dealer believed ithe van was 2+1 when they registered it, but, presumably, you specc'd it as 1+1 and, when you collected it, it was 1+1?

Sorry, I meant error on the build sheet. It say the van was built with 3 seats (1 + 2) however the van was built with 2 captains seats (1 +1 ).

Bit hard to read the sheet, but these are the factory codes for Park distance/camera etc...

7X0 Without park distance control
7X1 Park distance control
7X2 Park distance control in front and rear
7X3 Park distance control
7X4 Park distance control in front and rear
7X5 Park assist
7X6 Park assist
7X7 Park distance control in rear with rear view camera system
7X8 Park distance control in front and rear,and rear view camera system
7X9 Rear view camera system

Although my van had two PR codes:
