Bolt/Screw identification

Could anyone please tell me what bolt head this is. I have tried torx and hex but neither seem to be correct.

It is the rear OS heat shield near back bumper

That was my go to bit, but it doesn't turn it

there plastic press/push fixings.

they will unscrew with a Torx or alan key bit, but you might need to get a fork trim tool under to get some leverage. . . ( but

If these are the same as the rear oem headlining and panels I found it easier to clamp a screw in a molegrips screw it in 3-4 times and just pull had them all out in minutes
