Hi,

my google skills are failing to come up with an answer for this.

I am trying t find out the load rating (and name) of these BMW wheels that I believe were on an X5.

Look at the axle loadings for the vehicle they came off.

Bmw don't put a load rating on the back if I remember right , used to run X5 tiger claws on our van

They'll have the part number and the size stamped on the inside ( they'll be 19 x 9j and 10j most likely ) but as mentioned above you'll have to compare axle weights .
And as Pewt says they do always look good on a bus  .
If you go for it don't go too wide a tyre on the rear .

I think they are those sizes. But don’t think I will go for them as no idea what their load rating is. Bugger I think they look really nice wheels.

Your call , there are lots of these being used on buses but that doesn't mean that they are load rated sufficiently.

I found this link to a website that lists the Gross weight of the E53 variants. None are higher than 2685 kg, so while not definitive, it's not looking good.
