I run off a Bluetti V200 elite. Unlike some of the Bluettis and other makes, it doesn't have a high power 12v DC output, only a 10A car socket which won't run the fridge and diesel heater. Rather than coupling it with the D40, I use a Victron charger in power supply mode. The charger input plugs into one of the Bluetti 230v socket outlets. The DC output from the charger goes to the fuse board to power lights, fridge etc. Power supply mode gives a constant supply rather than one tailored by the voltage feedback/power draw when in battery charging mode.
When on hook-up I plug the Victron directly into the hook-up 230v outlets and the Bluetti is free to supplement the power available from the hook-up - not many hook-ups will let you run two 3.6kW worth of kit eg for cooking. The Bluetti doesn't actually give you 3.6kW, it throttles the power down to 2.4kW but the kettle, fryer and induction hob don't mind, they still work well enough. We get the hook-up power (say 10A, 2.5kW) plus the Bluetti.
To try to answer your question, I haven't checked the specs, but maybe the AC240 has the dedicated regulated 'RV' DC output meaning you only need a cable to attach directly to a DC fuse board and the AC200, like the V200 Elite, doesn't have the RV DC output so needs a separate charger connected by AC outlet to do that job, hence no 'direct' cable capability.
