Best Trackers for around £100?

For that sort of money, I suspect you're only looking at trackers fitted with a PAYG sim card and no commercial tracking service subscription. I've had a Streetwise in mine for about 4 years now with a GiffGaff sim card. It's permanently powered (leisure battery in my case) and can be geofenced. The GiffGaff credit doesn't time expire so long as you use it once a month so I just call it and pay for the responding text - I think I've loaded about £40 credit since I got it (but there's £15 still there as I type this).
