As said in title im looking for a Bed for my Kombi - Ideally an Exploria or similar. Anyone out there selling?

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Might be worth checking out the juice van designs playaway bed. I bought one instead of the exploria bed. At £695 trimmed in a vw fabric to match my seats it was a much cheaper option (and the very nice guys fitted it for free). It’s doesnt have the fancy roller bearings of the newer exploria but is the same price as a used Exploria. A year on and quite a few camping trips and it’s standing up well to two adults using it and being a robust parcel shelf day-to-day.

Hi, thanks! Will take a look. Do you have any more pictures of your setup? What size is the square box section? The bed foam removable so use the bed as a shelf also?

Hi. As mentioned above if you could post some pics I’d be grateful. Also can you lift it in and out by yourself?

Hi

Sorry but can’t take pics at the moment - it’s basically the same design as the exploria but with a few holes drilled into the legs as seen in the stock website photo. It’s a two man job to get any of these out without risking damaging your van I’d suggest. The company are friendly - give them a call.

I have an exploria bed taken out of my t5.1. Not sure whether it'll fit in a T6? Level 4 so you could retain the rear seats if it does fit. Pm me your number and I'll see if I can whatsapp a few images over. Material is covered in black leather.

cheers

Hi Jezzer is the exploria bed for sale/still available?

Thanks for that, I have seen this before but didn’t realise it was called van king. I’d be interested to know how you get on with it. Im about 15 stone and was wondering if sleeping on the folding seats would cause them any damage

I hope not as im 16 stone! :(:(:(:(:(:D

The only reason I say that is that I leant on the seat back and it popped inwards, it’s not a structural part of the seat, it just feels like a bit of hardboard probably there to keep the shape.
