Battery or alternator problem

Hiya
Got back off holiday 9 days to flat battery
The van had a new battery approx 12 month ago
Kwick fit tell me battery is good
When van is running meter is reading around 13.2v and 12.5v when not running
Any ideas

T6 highline with stop start

Pop the headlights and/or heater fans on speed 3 and take the reading again

Heater and lights on
Not running engine 12.01v
Engine running 13.26v

post a few pics of the starter battery connections.

assuming its Euro6 with Stop start?

having any connections to the battery NEG post can bypass the power sensor and give the van false readings.

Try bringing the revs up a little and see if the voltage alters. I suspect it is ok as with the load voltage is the same.

What were the symptoms of the flat battery? and I assume you then charged the battery up again and now working as wexpected (with the multmeter readings as shown)?
