Battery, Mega Confused!!

Right guys trying to get my head around this but totally confused. My T6 came with a factory fit second battery (comes with diesel heater option) and from what I'm reading this may not be suitable to use as a leisure battery to run a fridge, lights etc? My van has had 240 and 12v installed just to confuse things even more. Struggling to understand what I have and if it's fit for purpose? Any advice would be most grateful.

Yes its fine, you will just need additional fuses for your additional circuits.

There are additional things you can add like solar charging and a mains charger to take advantage of hookups.
