... I'm camping and a couple of weeks are connected to the mains .., the refrigerator is always on .... maybe sometimes I should disconnect the 220 volt power supply and let the service batteries work a little bit? ... what do you think? ... (I would not overload the batteries ..)

No need at all, your leisure battery is perfectly happy to float indefinitely on your mains charger.

last night I disconnected the current 220, this morning, always with the refrigerator on all night at temperature 3, but never open, the battery indicator showed 12.7 volts and charge to 90 0/0 .... can 'go good?...
