Barn Door Part

I have managed to break a couple of clips off the black plastic inner handle on the barn door and as such when I unlock with the central locking the outer handle doesn’t work. I’ve managed to work out that it’s due to that black part not being rigid as it works when I hold it still with my hand and press the unlock button. Currently I can only open the door from the inside.

@Pauly is this a part you could order me? Pics below (trying to show any part numbers I can see)

the guy who installed my reversing camera did the same thing
same problesm as you described,. moving up and down, sometimes not unlocking/opening the bar doors anymore
Absolut5 managed to rescue it ( i think they managed to attach it somehow. drilled new holes in the plastic?)
which i could help, but not taking the panel out
have you thought securing it with zip ties maybe?

Tried self tapping screws there (notice the holes top right and bottom left) but to no avail. Can’t really see anywhere to easily tie rap it to either. I’m just heading away just now for a 4 day campervan trip so timing is not great! I have realised though that if I just keep pulling the outer handle it will eventually open the door. That will get me by until I get the new part
