I was going to keep these and use them for winter wheels but have bought some Crossclimates for the Rotiform instead. These are genuine VW Amarok banded steel wheels.

These are Duchy banded (or so the previous owner told me), fronts 8.5 inch and rears 9.0 inch. The previous owner had let them pit badly to the inners external but I was happy to take a punt on them for winter wheels so had them blasted, zinc coated and powdercoated chrome. In the pictures, you can still see where the pitting was leaving a ripple type effect after powdercoating.

I can supply further photos if needed.

I am looking for £250, collection only from Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

Are they 18's? What tyre size would you put on them? I'm pondering some rims for winters.

Amarok’s are 18” yes…. 255/45 is the standard and will get you load rated…. or you could go 235/50 depending on what load rating you need? Also depends how much clearance you’ve got/how low you are…. what size tyres are you running now?

I have 275/40ZR 20 106W XL tyres on 20" momo revenges in anthracite. Hoping to either get some 18's with AS tyres cheaper than getting a new set of AS's for the momo's. I think I'm dropped about 40 to 50mm maybe. See profile pic.

Am very much undecided though.

My plan was to fit 235/50/18 all season (Goodyear Vector 4 seasons) but ended up replacing the tyres on my Rotiforms with Crossclimates so didn't see the point in keeping both sets.

I will be sticking them on ebay this week if nobody is interested via the forum.

You would be fine with either size tyre if you’re lowered by 40 or 50mm…. just depends on the load rating you need for your van.
