Audison DRC-AC odd behaviour

Niche question - hoping someone has experience. Fitted the Audison M5.11 with the optional DRC-AC remote. All works beautifully except when I try to custom program the remote through BitDrive, at which point the remote becomes unresponsive and I have to flash the firmware. The correct LED colours and sequence are there but turning the dial nothing happens. Works fine with the factory settings. Not a sausage online about it.

Admission - this is on my other vehicle but it’s still a VW. Could apply to the T6 though, so still relevant.

I did buy it from Jason at absolute, but I just wanted the kit rather than the full install package, so I feel a bit cheeky going back to him for tech support.

Managed to fix it so leaving it here in case others encounter the same: editing with BitDrive requires a power cycle *after* the first change from the DRC AC’s factory settings. After that, for some reason it then performs as one would expect with real time changes it BirDrive.
