I finally did it and went and bought a Transporter!! I love VW vans having had a T2 (Brazilian…) back in University. Some much useful info in this forum, it blows me away. I’m looking forward to delving deeper into things as I need to with my T6. Cheers!

Hi, had a few issues with the turbo (gulp) so just got her back. Pretty standard T6, previously owned by a (particularly rough) painter/decorater so has a few paint splashes to sort. As well as a couple of dents to pop out. Full tints, black wheels, noisy roof racks, but a great blank canvas. Next steps are to finish putting the bits I bought from Transporter HQ on a recent trip to the UK. Then add a back row of nmi Millennium removable seats. If anyone has any experience with these, I’d be grateful to hear anything at all about them. In the meantime, I’ll be designing the layout of my camper/day van conversion before DIY-ing it. Awesome to be part of this community. I’ve seen or got so much useful advice already just reading previous posts, it’s really helpful. Thanks!!
