Anyone experienced EWL on and fault showing TPI 2060912/2 ?

Just had EWL come on and VW assistance said was a problem with intake manifold plug. Apparently a vacuum pump issue controlling the inlet flap positions. Could be just a leak in the vacuum lines or the pump has gone.

TPI 2060912/2 apparently explains procedure to fix this known fault. Where can I find the detail of this TPI so I can show my indy workshop?
