Any idea what this thing is for?

I found this in the passenger footwell. No idea what it is or what it's for. The van was in for a couple of sensors last month, I wonder if it's a bit of packaging?

It's a front drivers/ passenger door wiring seal

I can't see any holes where it might have come from. Does it go inside the door card?

Yes I think it does if I remember correctly

Correct, behind the door card, just had my door card off today and saw it.
