Looks awesome.... That's a 460battery right?

Obviously over engineered to the max - as we all now know, and expect from a Vandaman battery build.

Well done.... That will see you through a brit stop ot two.

Looking forward to seeing it in action at spring camp.

And the rest of the build of the trailer.

Sorry but no trailer at spring camp …that needs extensive over engineering :whistle::whistle:

Using one of the extra strong RUBs is something I hadn't thought of, and I'm a fan of the storage for events.

Are you going to add solar to that lovely flat top?
RUB’s are great and a lot more adaptable at a decent quality and price
im going to mount my 2 x 175 panels on the roof but it’s all still work in progress … all setups are different and not always with off the shelf solutions…that’s what I love about outdoor life

Next …..sockets for 240v and Solar ….to be mounted on trailer A frame…and cables run under trailer ( Anssems have put a cable duct under already that saves one problem

( it’s a constant struggle to find and adapt bits and bobs for outdoor use ( camping) ….without paying over the odds )

Next….

Had to raise truss hight on carport extension….Check bikes didn’t cause problem for auto jockey wheel.( that’s very clever ;))…

Then fit the solar panel with a view too perm installation..

Next refit awning..

Thule stuff is so universal…..Just love it:inlove:

Put the van to bed and decided on new colour theme for dash and the wrap ( when monies allow ) 😱

I thought the colours reminded me of the Wife’s hair ..did I say that allowed

So it continues …
Now looking for some roof bars to go on my Anssems with a view to fitting racks for a couple of bikes. Could you tell me which bars & feet you have please?
@VanDamMan

You’ll need Thule Raised rail evo feet and I’ve used Thule ProBar Evo ( this has more options as it has Tri slot design) or if only fitting bike racks Evo bars are good …but don’t buy too short allow for overhang……if fitting standard bikes Thule bike racks are rated to about 20 kg per bike and are not designed for E-bikes….we had to fit on A frame

What we did before the van!
A proper sized Anssems camping trailer with Thule aero wingback bars and pucker Thule bike racks. Great gear.
I so don't miss towing!
