Another Caddy question, Parkers price guide

Caddys and Parkers price guide ... Lots with sub 100k miles on priced around 7k,no VAT, Parkers seems to have them at around 5.5k for that age and mileage. Why the disparity or is it just chancers trying to make money from dodgy vans?

Is this the post COVID and cost of living effect perhaps?

Anything with a VW badge seems to attract good money. I recently bought a MK4 caddy with a good spec, DSG, tailgate, MK8 golf heated seats, heated front screen, duel zone climate, MK8 gold steering wheel with paddles. ACC, Rear touran seat conversion with matching trim. It’s basically a car but as it is a VW it can be customised in many ways which is the reason I think they bring good money and hold there value.

This is the one we bought, 67 plate startline panel van, 2 litre, 100bhp, is that a MK4? Think the bumpers have been painted?

Ok, done some digging, yes it's a MK4 as far as I can tell.
