Anker solix c1000 solar issues.

I’ve just hooked up a 100w solar panel from
Solar camper solutions to my Anker solix c1000.
Voc 23.9v
4.39amps short circuit current.

Well within the parameters of the solix
11-32v 10amps
32-60v 12.5 amps

I’m getting 22.4 v at the terminal (connecting via the xt60) but the Anker isn’t recognising it. Nada!

Any ideas

Yes I tried that first and it didn’t work so hooked up this to prove there was voltage coming from the solar panel.

Solar panel needs to go direct into the unit.

Is imaging the the polarity is the wrong way.

Use a multimeter to check.

Well @Edward146 has the polarity correct when connected to the controller so it's just a case of now removing the controller and connecting the 2 pos and 2 negs of those cables to each other then test direct to the anker again. If it still doesn't work then the anker itself becomes the main suspect.
