All In One Sound And Insulation?

Has any one used just a stick on insulation to act as both and how was the result? Regards Giles

Would imagine most of us are a bit too OCD to try that - with all the bother to get it out if it does not work... I went with,

THREE STAGE INSULATION AND SOUND PROOFING (DODO FLEECE + DODO LINER + SILENT COAT)

@Gilo17 ....I’ve used a kit from the sound deadening shop....silent coat and dodo liner...but I also got extra liner (doubled up) as far as sound proofing it was great and for insulation .....only word of caution is stuffing early hole with insulation can lead to sweating, it’s a trade off .....you and your van need to breath....it’s the different types of heating that make a difference

ps top tip ....heat the sticky side and the van surface if it’s cold...helps to stick better
