Add blue sensor and pump

Hi I’m new to the forum .

I have bought a vwT6.1 . It’s in garage ta 3 years old and done 5000 mile and add blue sensor gone . There charging over. Grand to fix is this a common fault . It’s a joke , van like brand new and had 3000 mile on it when I bought it . Thanks

Sorry to hear that, it seems to be a fairly common problem across most makes of diesel vehicle.

No warranty? No VW goodwill? Not on an extended warranty or All-in-one plan?

Lack of regular use can be just as problematic as excessive use and, as above, these problems aren't unique to Transporters or to VWs.

How long ago did you purchase?

I’m going go down good will route . Van 3 years old as I siad . There’s no way at 5000 mile it’s happening

If it has a full VW dealer history you might get lucky under goodwill.

If its gone elsewhere for servicing at any time it won't qualify - they wont show goodwill where they haven't received any at service time.

How long have you had it? Any comeback against the seller? And most importantly, who has done the diagnosis ? If a dealer isn't diagnosing this you can save yourself the bother of a call.

It’s a full VW service history with VW and it’s in VW garage . My boss sold me it . I’ve had it 3 months . No come back on seller

Okay, so mine’s stuck on 18k miles range. I’m guessing mine’s goosed as well? But I think it’s still in warranty… just…
