3rd brake light. Halogen or LED

Driving home last night behind a nice 68 plate camper T6 last night admiring his E3 LED rearlights, which I've recently installed too. Noticed his 3rd brake light was LED too.
Got me thinking, is mine Halogen and if so, what's the score with changing it to match the LED taillights?
I know the 3rd brake light is a bustard to replace......

We have a 3rd led brake light with integrated reversing camera. It’s on barn doors, so unfortunately the lights On either door are different to each other, but they work fine
