270 awning with pop-up roof

Has anyone tried or have experience with installation of 270 degree awning on T5/T6 with pop up roof?

I have Transporter T6 LWB with barn doors and with pop up roof - SCA 292. There is no/little space next to the pop-up roof. I was thinking of some combination of using custom made adapter which will go even under the rubber insulation of pop-up roof maybe together with fiamma multirail.

I would like to install Bushwakka 270 Extreme Darkness which has 30kg.

I imagine you could look at Fiama f43 van fitting as I have used this but with a traditional wind out awning. It would give you a mount point and work with a pop top. Could even consider an additional center mount to spread the load etc. Does require the rail as well.

That looks really good. Thanks. As you sad I have to install at least 3 mounts to spread the weight. I'm a bit concerned about possible damage if the awning is open and the wind starts blowing (that mounts will be torn out) The awning is quite heavy and it's self supporting (legs are optional).

I'm even thinking about modified version of Fiamma F45. That it will be connected to roof as Fiamma F45 and it will be on the rail. But maybe it's a bit overkill.

If you can use the roof mounts I would as well, mine were blocked by pop top, my mounts survived a leg collapsing on my extended f43 so can take a fair bit.

Hey there, how'd you get on with this? Have been looking into getting a 270 awning as well but like you have a pop top I'd like to use at the same time.
