Didn't think road tax was transferrable. I might be wrong though.
Thought it was another way for them to scam us - seller has to redeem the road tax (full month lost) and the buyer has to buy the road tax (again, paying for a full month but not getting it unless vehicle purchased at midnight on the last day of the month. Not quite sure if they would go for it though.
