Why does it matter that you are not VAT registered? Either the van is worth purchasing at £28,200 or its not? If you were purchasing the van from new there would have been VAT on the invoice, its just that you wouldn't be able to claim the VAT being a private buyer.

Does the van have a comfort dash?

It hasn’t got the comfort dash, I was going to get the parts to fit it but with the change of plans I decided not to

It’s still for sale but I have given the van to the company I purchased it off last year as I haven’t got the time to try and sell it myself, plus they should be able to offer finance on it.
I’ll see if I can post the link to it on autotrader.
