Hi everyone — hoping for some advice.
My clutch seems to have gone — I had a strong clutch smell and smoke coming out from under the bonnet while driving up a steep mountain pass, so the van had to be towed. Bit surprised as it’s only on around 100,000 km, but here we are.
The van is:
2016 T6 Panel Van
Engine: CAAC
Transmission: 6-speed manual
VIN: WV1ZZZ7HZGH140985
I’m currently in Canada, so I’m trying to order parts from the UK (much easier to get the correct OEM/LuK stuff there).
I’m looking for:
Full clutch kit
Sealing flange + sealing ring
Trigger wheel / tone ring
I’ve found LuK kits on Autodoc, but there are two listed with different dual-mass flywheels, and I want to be 100% sure before ordering overseas. I think the right LuK kit is:
LuK DMF kit 415 0734 10
But I don’t want to risk getting the wrong one.
Could anyone please confirm:
1. Whether 415 0734 10 is the correct kit for a 2016 CAAC 6-speed?
2. If not, what is the correct part number / DMF variant?
3. Any recommended UK suppliers who will ship to Canada without hassle?
Happy to provide gearbox code or photos if needed — just let me know what would help.
