dnaa engine

Hello, I found nicely equipped t6 4m DSG with dead CXE 150 kw engine year 2015. I also have available engine code DNA from totaled t6.1 110kw, is the engine block and head “same”? would it fit and work in older t6 if I move all control units and accessories? Or it’s not worth doing it? Thanks...

VW Transporter Engine codes (T5-T6.1) do we have a definitive list of engine codes? if not then lets get one sorted out. ill start the list, . . . and in info below and ill update the main list.
