My tailgate leaked after I banged the rubber sealing strip on the back of the van a bit too enthusiastically after carpeting. I pulled it back out a little and it sealed fine.

My tailgate when opened today was dripping inside, both sides from between the metal frame and door card. For ages!
Water Getting in somewhere higher I guess.
No rear screen wash or wiper. But conversion fitted window.
3 of the black drain plugs were present, one missing

They were not very helpful. They suggested that they could do it but the whole unit where the kitchen is an all in one unit so it would be expensive! I wont speak my thought!
So a little update. All hardwired in and running from my 12volt leisure circuit. Just waiting for the update from the back end now and il be sorted. Very happy upto now
It would be a flat "no" from me, Si.
If Darkside are as busy as claim, then they'll have customer's biting their arm off for a cancellation slot, so I don't buy the "lost revenue opportunity" argument.
I wonder if theyve had a few no-shows that have prompted them to go down this road?
Whatever, I'd politely decline their kind offer to relieve me of a sheetload of cash and hope theyre still in business when the day rolls around.
