    [Guide] Mobile Solar Panels ? . . . - How I Did It -

I did after much trawling the threads find the answer Is it better to cut the crocodile clips off? I was just going to unscrew them at the controller end and feed the plug wires into the controller. I'm no electrician lol

    New battery voltage 12.2V

love the analogy 175w 75/15 and approx 2m and it does you chassis ground. If the MPPT is being pulled down i would expect to see the battery voltage at the MPPT terminals, which strangely I dont. That suggests a high ressistance somewhere in the neg line. Did find a 1ohm intermittent res...

Skyline pop top & SOS fault

Keep us updated! I too will be ringing Skyline shortly. VW don’t want to know for me as the aerial has been relocated but did say they’re diagnosis code was aerial connection. Leisure power upgrade

I did a test fit of my massive solar panel. I’m delighted with my choice of mounts and how they sit on the roof. They sit half an inch in from the outer raised sections on the pop top. The panel still sits back enough from the front so should be fine for wind resistance and hopefully won’t...
