Folding solar panel connection to van

you don't have to use MC4`s i use Anderson SB50`s for power connections, and MC4`s for solar connection. . . that way they are "keyed" and can never be incorrectly plugged in. MC4s are a very good waterproof connection, . . but can be tricky to undo, - thats why they sell a TOOL to help...

Waisting your time with that mini panel imo. Send it back and get a proper charger. If you want a dash panel, you need a 50w panel with a dedicated solar controller...... And then some sun.... They don't work when it's cloudy...

    Which NOCO trickle charger....

10-20% of the battery size is the recommendation. 70Ah AGM starter - 7A-14A charger 230Ah Lithium LB - 23A-46A charger. so i would go for a charger in the Range of 15A to 30A Victron & NOCO are great chargers, but Victron is Prefered over NOCO. as the NOCO chargers can throw a fault when...

The charge controller, with a 12V nominal panel in the full sun, will be throwing out like 18V square pulses (at no load). Connected to a pure...
