If the roof had moved backwards the cam would engage MORE with the bars so that's not it. Take some pics of the cam in the locked position relative to the bars as close as you can get them together when taking a pic from the side to see how far the cam overlaps the bar.

Thanks a lot for the advice. It’s just good to hear I’m not the only one who’s felt this way as was getting a bit worried! It’s quite gutting when you’ve dreamed of having a van for years and this happens.

No errors or lights on any of my split pipes, just the normal hissing from the engine bay and the fume smell in the cab.

Thanks for posting this... it was 100%... using a mirror the mechanic showed me a 20mm slice in the pipe.. booked to be changed when we get back from Holiday.
