All terrain tyres - recommendations and pictures

Yes definitely 108 load rating, 235 65 17, I’m about to order a set for winter, I’m just deciding what wheels to put them on They have a new version of this tyre but reports are it’s a different compound and not so good on snow and ice, so buying the AT3s while still available

This is exactly what I want! Same wheels, same tyres! Have you got anymore photos? Side on? Is it standard suspension?

    Steel wheels - decision time

I'm going to replace the 20" alloys that came on my van with steel wheels. I want something I’m not too precious about (i.e. 20” alloys) and some AT tyres. I was looking at S+S steels or JBW Roks, both with Falken AT3 Wildpeaks. But both are out of stock and I’d like something for this summer...

Are the T6.1 shuttle springs the same as the commercial T32?

...and change wheels n tyres. Or are you planning on the lowered swamper look? I ditched my 40mm springs to go back stock height and fitted 17" Black Rhinos with Falken Wildpeaks. Love it - suits what I want from the van. Done the low thing with my last van and much prefer the swamper look now.

Spare Wheel For T32 4Motion With AT Tyres

I’m just about to fit a set of 17” Rogue Alloy CC3 wheels shod with Falken Wildpeak AT3WA 235/65 R17 tyres to my T6.1 T32 DSG 4Motion campervan and am wondering whether the factory fitted spare 17” steel wheel with a Continental VanContactEco 215/60 R17 will be usable in the event of a puncture...

Running HEAVY on 235/65/17 Falken Wildpeaks - what sort of pressures should I be considering?

...down the Adriatic coast. I have a LWB shuttle and it will be running very heavy up near the limit of its 3.2 capacity. The Falken wildpeaks say don't exceed 40psi which made me chuckle. The door sticker obviously doesn't cover that combo. When it was empty I did the 1 hour 4 PSI...

    Swamper wheels

Thankyou 😀 Tyres are Falken Wildpeaks, wheel offset is ET34 and wheel width 8.5J. They are at about 40psi. But the Navis Gelida, as well as others in their range, are designed for the transporter. Its nice having a sexy looking van and worrying a lot less about the ridiculous state of our roads.

The tyres are already there Falken Wildpeak AT3WA 235/65R17 tyres They will be fitted next week on Thursday, then there will be a few photos of the whole car. The speedometer calibration kit should also be here by then so that I can drive to the German TÜV for approval.

    Banded steels & swamper tyres

Giving this a bump. I'm thinking of putting some 235 55 18 Falken Wildpeak tyres on my banded steel Amarok wheels and raising it up a bit but still keeping it low. Has anyone put AT tyres on 18" banded steels as per the original OP's query?

The stance is just perfect, I was going down the 20” rabbit hole too, but the drop you have with those 18s looks fantastic. May I ask how much it’s lowered by, and what suspension system you are using. I’m determined to get a similar lowered stance and improve the ride of the standard setup on...

Would I face any issues increasing T5 rolling diameter by 2"?

I am running the same Falken wildpeaks on Devonports having moved from the standard size. Zero issues other than now the speed underreads a little so I am actually going faster than the speedo shows which is technically illegal etc however I only ever use my satnav for GPS speed. Is it...

new member - question about lwb vs swb internal dimensions

Very nice. The van we bought is a T32 LWB and I seem to be heading towards ordering Navis MAC A/T 17" wheels with Falken Wildpeak 108H tyres. Affordable and good reviews. Do you (or anyone else) see any issues with this set up ? I am always happy to learn from you all on this forum.

To swamp or not to swamp?

My BFG KO2 AT 255/55R18 109R hat a 109 Load rating and they are quite stiff not sure about Falken Wildpeak tyre ratings but it may be worth having a look. I need my tyres but if i did not I would buy something else, for me they are fine I expect a compromise and I am used to the agricultural...
