Trying to get these FalkenWildpeaks fitted. Mechanic was having trouble today getting a couple of the tyres to seat on the rim.
It was getting late in the day so he's going to have another crack at it tomorrow morning. He reckons the tyres have been sat in a stack and slightly deformed, making...
Hi Everyone, can anyone enlighten me. How wide can I go with VW Davenport 17” wheels? I’ve raised the lowered suspension back to standard and am hoping to replace the 215/70/17 tyreseith 245/65/17 Falkenwildpeaks to the Devonports, is this possible ? Does anyone know? TIA
Falkenwildpeak AT3wa 215/60/17. Originally I wanted the Michelin latitude cross, but this was cheaper.
So far it's great, not too much tire noise, good handling.
Hi 64Split, where did you buy your Black Rhino Boxers from? I am looking for a set, preferably in 18's, but struggling to find any in stock in the UK.
Many thanks,
Matty
...Agilis Crossclimate 235x60x17. They don't look quite as chunky, but I can't exaggerate enough the massive and vast improvement in noise/handling/ride quality. FalkenWildpeaks get similar great reviews but we wanted to come away from an All Terrain tyre when we spend 95% of our time on tarmac.
These look class. Did you use any spacers when mounting these? They look nicely level front and back. Any rubbing at all? I’m very tempted for the same but also considering 255/55/18 though worry about rubbing….mixed feedback on here
90mm drop on those tyres! Post a pic please. I’m looking at going same route, I’m 75mm down and was told to go for 235/60r17 or 225/65r17. Seems there’s more options to go for in 235/65r17 for the t32.
Been looking at zephyrs, raids, legends and axe at4
Just bought these Amarok Rocadura wheels and have been lining up a set of FalkenWildpeak AT3 245/65/17 to go with them
I’ve definitely got 30mm spacers for the rears and 10 or 20mm (I think) on the front. Has anyone else any experience of running these tyres and wheels? TIA
Tomahawk Katos with the usual falkenwildpeak 235/65/17s
Van lowered approx 60mm on solow next, rear a smidge high for expected camper weight to follow.
