Those are called 'Cascavel' - have a search in the for sale section here, in excellent condition with tyres I've seen those go for £200-300. In bad condition more like £150. They suffer from the diamond cut corrosion sooner or later, looks like yours have start of it. Mine are far worse.

Mine are fine as stored in the garage. I took them off b4 any sign of salt appearing on the roads. They were also Gtechniq C5 wheel armour coated b4 ever being fitted as well. I currently have std Devonports with ATs on until the weather improves.
